You can update the payment method for your monthly box at any time by selecting “My Autoship” in your Hive account and visiting the “Manage” tab. From there, you can request an email sent with a secure link to update your payment information.
If you set up your subscription using Shopify’s ShopPay one-click payment, PayPal Express or any other one-click payment provider, you will be directed to that platform to update your credit card details.
Note: Changes made to your Autoship subscription apply to future orders. Any orders that have already processed will not be adjusted.
