How do I change the frequency of a product that is in my monthly box?Updated 7 months ago

Sign in to your Hive account and select “My Autoship” You can update the frequency of your box by going to the “Manage” tab and then changing the Box Frequency. This can be set for every 1, 2 or 3 months. 

Note: Changes made to your Autoship subscription apply to future orders. Any orders that have already processed will not be adjusted.
