How do I skip a product that is in my upcoming shipment?Updated 4 months ago
Select Manage Subscriptions from the account login page. Locate the subscription and associated product you'd like to skip. Select "Edit Products." This will pull up a pop up that lists each product in the subscription box with the option to "Skip Next Order."
Note: Changes made to your Autoship subscription apply to future orders. Any orders that have already processed will not be adjusted.
