What happens if a product I'm subscribed to is out of stock?Updated 2 months ago

We do our best to make sure that the products you rely on are here when you need them but there are periods of time in which a product may not be available. If that happens, we'll notify you 4 days before your scheduled order so you have the ability to make changes and then we'll process the remainder of your order with all available items at the time it's scheduled.

We'll automatically send you an alert if the item comes back in stock within 30 days or hope to have it in time for your subsequent shipment. 

Note: We do host a live site which means there is a possibility that an item may go out of stock between the timing of notifications sent and orders processing. 

If an item becomes available between the time you receive a notification the time your order processes, we will include it in the order.
