When is my box shipping?Updated 7 months ago

Your monthly box is set up to ship up to once per month on the date you select.  You can see the order processing date by signing into your Hive account and selecting “My Autoship” and viewing the order date on the "My Next Box" tab. 

You can change the day of the month you want your orders to process by going to the "Manage" tab and selecting a new day of the month. 

Note: The date selected is when the order will process. Orders are generally fulfilled and ship within 48 business hours from the time the order is processed.
