How do I update my payment information?Updated 7 months ago

For one-time orders, you’ll be asked to confirm your payment information each time you place an order, so you can update it then. Or manage your default payment through your account settings to save a few steps later.


For Autoship orders, you can request a secure link to update your payment method by accessing "My Autoship" from your account and going to the "Manage" tab. The link will be emailed to you shortly after requesting it. We've all forgotten to update subscriptions so if your order fails to process due to a payment error, we'll automatically send you an email to update your payment information.
