Update your default shipping address at any time by signing into your Hive account. 

For One-time orders, you can update the default shipping address directly in your account. You can also confirm your up to date shipping address each time you place an order.

For Autoship orders, go to "My Autoship" from your account page and click on "Manage" to update your shipping address.

But we’ve all sent something to the wrong address. If you already placed an order and need to update the shipping address, reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to correct it. 

Note: For shipping address change requests after an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that we'll have time to make a correction. Packages that have already been shipped may result in an additional fee if an address correction is requested because of the charge to complete that change with the carrier.
