Your monthly autoship box is scheduled to ship on the same day each month. You’ll get email reminders before your box is scheduled to ship so you can review what’s coming and make any adjustments you like. You can add new things, skip scheduled things or remove items from the "My Autoship" section of your Hive account. You can also change the ship date, shipping address and update payment details from there.

In order to ensure you receive the best available Membership discount, you need to finalize your box 24 hours before it processes.
