We use FedEx ground shipping for all orders shipping to physical addresses. P.O. Boxes are shipped using USPS. For P.O Boxes, make sure to format your box correctly to prevent any shipping or delivery issues.
At this time we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or outside of the United States, although there are some forwarding services that our customers use when We don't have any immediate plans to expand our shipping areas but we'll absolutely keep the site updated.
You can update your default shipping address at any time by signing into your Hive account. You can also confirm your up-to -date shipping address each time you place an order.
We’ve all sent something to the wrong address. If you already placed an order and need to update the shipping address, reach out to us. We’ll do our best to correct it.
PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has been fulfilled, we do not have the ability to request changes so please confirm all of your shipping details are correct prior to submitting your order.
If you need to make a return, you will need to pay for return shipping based on the size, weight, and dimensions of the package. We make it easy by allowing you to select your own return method. Please, make sure to review our return policy located in our FAQs for eligibility.
