Why do some products show up in my Autoship account with a “one-time” badge?Updated 4 months ago

We want to make sure you get the most out of your monthly Hive box, so you’re able to add every item to your next Autoship order. However, not everything on Hive is eligible for recurring orders. Products that are inherently reusable, like water bottles and dog toys, for example, are not eligible. Occasionally makers let us know that a product we carry is being discontinued or cannot be re-ordered, so we remove the subscription option here, too. 


Note: You’ll see the "one-time" indicator in your Autoship account. If you want those items in a subsequent Autoship order, you’ll need to add them to your box again.


Products that are available for subscription will always be added as a subscription item. If you'd only like to receive it in a single order, you'll want to remove it prior to your next shipment.
